How do I connect Shopify orders?
Install the app from your Shopify admin, then open Simpler Proofs to see imported orders and proof status.
How are proof links sent?
Upload a proof file, confirm the customer email on the order, and send the branded review link from the order detail page.
Can customers request deletion or export?
Merchants and customers can contact support for access, export, or deletion requests. For installed stores, Shopify GDPR webhooks route customer-data and shop-redaction requests to Simpler Proofs.
What Shopify data does the app update?
Simpler Proofs writes limited proof workflow tags, status markers, and upsell attribution relationship metadata. Optional upsell flows may create single-use discount codes, but the app does not modify existing discounts or pricing.
