Terms of Service

These draft terms are adapted from the previous Simpler Proofs public site and updated for the v2 static public surface. Legal approval is required before deployment or submission.
1. Service
Simpler Proofs provides proof management tools for merchants that need to send artwork or product proofs, collect customer approvals, and track revision requests.
2. Accounts
Merchants are responsible for accurate account information, authorized user access, and activity performed through their workspace.
3. Merchant content
Merchants retain ownership of uploaded proof files, comments, branding, customer data, and order data. Merchants grant Simpler Proofs permission to process that content only to provide and support the service.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful content, unauthorized access, malware, harassment, infringement, or attempts to disrupt platform operations.
5. Platform integrations
Shopify integration behavior depends on merchant authorization and app configuration. This static draft does not activate live OAuth, webhooks, pricing, or Shopify Partner Dashboard settings.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or change the service to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product quality.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided as available and without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simpler Proofs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
